• We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, including for sizing issues. Please refer to our size guide before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.

• If an issue is confirmed, we will provide a resolution at our discretion.

Chargebacks & Disputes

• Filing a fraudulent chargeback after receiving an order will result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
