Authenticity & Customization

• We use 100% authentic Nike Air Force 1 sneakers as the base for our custom designs.

• We do not claim any affiliation with Nike, nor do we use unauthorized trademarks. The shoes are legally purchased at retail price before customization.

• Each sneaker is handcrafted, meaning slight variations may occur, making every pair unique.

Orders & Payment

​

• Full payment is required before production begins. We accept Wix Payments, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

• Prices are subject to change without notice. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied retroactively.

• Once an order is placed, modifications are not possible due to the custom nature of our work.

Shipping & Delivery

​

• Production time takes X-X weeks before shipping. Orders are shipped via DHL with tracking provided.

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

• International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

• We have fraud prevention measures in place. Any orders flagged as suspicious may be canceled and refunded.

• Unauthorized chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from purchasing in the future.

• All custom designs, images, and branding on our website are owned by Ebcollectionn and may not be copied or resold.
